Machining
We enjoy feeling the crunch of freshly cut chips on the floor and the smell of cutting coolant in the air.
CNC Milling & Turning
Mazak V515 - Vertical Column 50 Taper VMC, 4th axis 12" Rotary. Heavy Japanese geared head machine with repeatable accuracy in challenging materials.
Mazak SQT15M - Live Tool Lathe, 8" Chuck. The SQT is a well "Super Quick Turn", it's fast and it's rigid.
"Vintage" - Some of our machines are older than us but we believe in taking care of them and they will take care back. Old Iron in the right hands is capable of matching grade of parts made by New Iron.
9-Axis Mill Turn
Takisawa TMM-250M3 - Another quality, Japanese made machine. Loaded 9-axis with 3" thru bore, 30" Swing, 51" cut length, B-axis milling, bar feeder, parts conveyor. A very capable piece of equipment ramping into production(pics to come!).
Manual Machining
An ability which is commonly eroded by the advanced world loosing touch with the dirty hands of a craftsman. Manual machining enables low volume unique parts that automated machinery simply can't compete with by mechanical nature. EckFab uses this ability to provide toolmaker craftsmanship when it is the best choice for the job.
Welding
The first roots of the company.
TIG/MIG Welding
Experienced stainless steel production making food grade goods or vessels rugged enough for agriculture. Capable of welding a variety of materials with a selection of different machines, 200-450AMP Capacity.
Robotic Welding
Modern collaborative welding robot powered with advanced STT welding processes. Setup with a pair of optical driven tables for high capacity stainless steel welding automation.
Laser Welding
Like riding a bicycle as a kid where it is going so fast you take your feet off the pedals and just ride...lol. Laser welding is unique in so many ways, for instance the ability to weld copper to stainless steel. #AdvancedManufacturing
